Renato Giallombardo joins Fivers as Rome office managing partner

Renato Giallombardo has joined Italian independent legal and tax firm Fivers  as the managing partner of its Rome office. The former EY law firm partner joins Fiver with a team comprising Luca Spagna, who has 20 years’ experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital, and corporate/M&A specialist Annachiara Mastellone,as well as Gabriele Cianfanelli and Marianna Fratantonio.

The team will contribute to both consolidating Fivers’ presence in the Italian capital and bolstering its M&A and private equity expertise.

Renato Giallombardo is a figure of recognized standing and experience in Italian legal circles. In addition to his time at EY’s Rome office, he previously served as the managing partner of the Bologna and Abu Dhabi offices of Gianni & Origoni. . Giallombardo will be responsible for leading and developing Fivers’ Rome office, contributing to the overall growth of the firm.
