Prominent Attorneys Join Forces and Launch Nishioka&Gaban

In mid-April, distinguished attorneys Alexandre Naoki Nishioka and Eduardo Molan Gaban announced the foundation of new strategic litigation and corporate solutions boutique, Nishioka&Gaban Advogados.

About The Founding Partners

Mr. Nishioka holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Doctorate degree in Economic and Financial Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and is a professor at its prestigious Faculty of Law. He has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the legal market and has worked at well-known firms throughout his career including Wald & Advogados Associados as well as Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados.

Trhoughout his career, Mr. Gaban has built up over two decades of experience practicing at leading firms such as Franceschini e Miranda Advogados, Machado Associados and Tauil & Chequer Advogados, amongst others. Academically, he earned a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s and a Doctorate degree in Constitutional and Economic Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
