Pharma Green Holding secures €10 million financing from Banco BPM to support 2026 growth

Pharma Green Holding S.p.A., a società benefit and one of Italy's leading pharmaceutical retail groups operating under the Alma Farmacie brand, has signed, through its subsidiary PGH 66 Srl, a financing agreement of approximately €10 million provided by Banco BPM to support the group's growth throughout 2026.
Gruppo Pharma Green Holding, founded in late 2021, currently operates 75 pharmacies across 7 Italian regions (Veneto, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Lazio, Marche and Puglia). The group closed the 2025 financial year with revenues exceeding €100 million and a pro-forma store EBITDA of approximately €19 million, with a target of reaching over 90 pharmacies during the year.
