Giorgio is a bilingual corporate lawyer, admitted to practice in Peru and New York, with an LLM in corporate law from New York University and with more than 12 years of experience combining practice in law firms and in-house positions in regulated sectors such as real estate, hospitality, and fisheries.

He has held management positions leading comprehensive legal advice for the business and providing strategic support to senior management in high-impact economic operations and

participated in local and international operations, interacting with executive teams and advisors in Latin America, the US and Asia.

He is also a university professor of commercial law, which reinforces his analytical and up-to-date approach to corporate law.

The new firm’s key areas of practice are corporate structuring and corporate governance, M&A and strategic transactions, corporate financing and project structuring and foreign investment and establishment in Peru.
