Peruvian firm Vera Alarcón Abogados launches

With a focus on corporate law, M&A, and sports law, Peruvian law firm Vera Alarcón Abogados has begun operations in Lima.

The firm is led by Eduardo Alonso Vera Alarcón, a Peruvian attorney with experience advising domestic and international companies, investors, and organizations across various sectors on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, investment structuring, company acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and professional athlete transfers.

Vera Alarcón Abogados was founded with the goal of providing specialized legal counsel, combining a solid and experienced corporate practice with expertise drawn from other regulated sectors such as the sports industry, a field that requires increasingly sophisticated legal and contractual expertise.

 The firm’s main practice areas include corporate and business law, M&A, civil and commercial contracts, regulatory and administrative law, sports law and international transfers, advisory services to sports clubs, agents, and companies, investment structuring and dispute resolution.

The firm plans to advise clients in Peru and abroad, particularly on corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and projects across various industries.
