Pérez-Llorca Recruits José Azqueta and Dídac Severino as Partners
Spanish law firm Pérez-Llorca has recruited PwC’s José Azqueta and Clifford Chance’s Dídac Severino as partners in its tax and corporate practices respectively.

José Azqueta, who specialises in tax advice related to mergers and acquisitions, had been a partner at PwC for two years. He has advised international funds and multinational companies on their operations in Spain.
Dídac Severino – whose practice focusses on M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructuring – was a senior associate at Clifford Chance, a firm where he had spent the last 13 years. He has acted for clients from a wide range of sectors including: energy, infrastructure, banking, real estate, consumer goods and telecommunications.
Pérez-Llorca managing partner Pedro Pérez-Llorca, said the incorporation of Azqueta and Severino “responds to the two main objectives of Pérez-Llorca – the first is to provide our clients with teams made up of the best professionals, and the second is for Pérez-Llorca to be a successful, exciting, open and inclusive project, a platform capable of attracting the best talent in business law".
