pbbr Promotes André Marcos to Partner

pbbr has announced the promotion of André Marcos to partner. A lawyer at the firm since 2016, he focuses mainly on Commercial and Corporate Law, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, with additional experience in Banking and Finance.

André Marcos holds a Law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University (Porto) and a master’s degree in Law and Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Law of the same university, among other academic qualifications.

He also represents pbbr within Meritas as an Emerging Leader and is a member of the Meritas Emerging Leaders Advisory Board, part of the global alliance the firm joined in 2023.
