Mourant acquires Luxembourg firms LexField & FideField

The acquisition, which is driven by client demand for legal and governance services, is aligned with Mourant's multi-disciplinary growth strategy. It follows the acquisition of a specialist accounting business in January this year and the launch of Mourant Consulting Services in 2021.

LexField is a boutique corporate and tax practice, specializing in private equity, investment funds, M&A and private wealth. It’s FideField operation provides entity management services to corporate and financial services clients.

The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, is scheduled to complete in Q1 2023..
