Miguel Duarte Santos transitions from of counsel to professional partner, focusing on Insurance Law, Banking Law, Insurance Regulatory Law, Pension Funds, and Markets and Financial Instruments.

Miguel Duarte Santos joined SPS Advogados in 2022, marking his second tenure with the firm, having previously worked there from 2011 to 2016.
