The merger “combines two high-performing teams and adds new dimensions of expertise, scale, and client service,” the firms said.
The combined firm will continue to operate under the name Kavanagh Gorozpe, building upon their already solid market reputation and a shared vision for the future.
“This strategic combination is founded on a deep alignment in values, ambition, and drive for excellence,” the firms said.
“The result is a truly comprehensive range of legal services across key practice areas, including administrative law, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, banking and finance, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and competition and antitrust, as well as corporate and M&A, compliance, e-commerce, energy, fintech, joint ventures, labor and employment, private equity, project finance and infrastructure.”
The firm also focuses on public procurement, real estate, regulatory affairs, sports and entertainment, tax and venture capital.
The union brings together the entire Campa & Mendoza team, led by partner Bernardo Mendoza. It represents more than an expansion; it represents a powerful combination of complementary strengths that significantly enhances the firm’s capabilities and reach.
“This merger marks a new chapter for Kavanagh Gorozpe. We are a firm that has grown, and this step consolidate us as the mature player we are,” said Patricio Gorozpe, partner of the firm.
Bernardo Mendoza, incoming partner, added: “Our combined strengths allow us to offer deeper, smarter solutions to meet the increasingly complex demands of our clients across industries. It is a true synergy that benefits our teams and clients.”
Reflecting a shared vision for sustainable long-term growth, the merger supports Kavanagh Gorozpe’s efforts to set a solid institutional foundation for the years to come and solidifies its position as a one-stop shop for high-stakes, cross-disciplinary matters, offering broader legal counsel.
