Merger of BonelliErede and Lombardi Gives Birth to Italy’s Largest Independent Law Firm

For BonelliErede the merger represents an important step in the growth process of the firm, founded exactly twenty years ago by Sergio Erede together with Aurelio Pappalardo and the late Franco Bonelli. The integration will be fully operational from July 1st 2019. About 70 professionals will join the BonelliErede team, including Giuseppe Lombardi, Renato Bocca, Filippo Rossi and Lazare Vittone (Litigation); Niccolò Baccetti, Johannes Karner, Stefano Nanni Costa and Federico Vermicelli (Corporate); Mara Fittipaldi (Banking) and Mauro Pisapia (Administrative).

PierDanilo Beltrami, Adriana Cavigioli, Lotario Dittrich and Manuela Soligo will join BonelliErede as of counsel. Giuseppe Lombardi becomes joint coordinator, with Vittorio Allavena, of the litigation department of BonelliErede.
