Luxembourg-based fund manager Threestones Capital expands in Spain with 20th care home acquisition

Luxembourg-based fund manager Threestones Capital Management has acquired the Ntra. Sra. del Socorro Care Home in Miguel Esteban (Toledo), marking its twentieth care home in Spain. This latest purchase strengthens the Luxembourg-based fund manager’s nationwide expansion strategy launched in 2018.

Specializing in real estate, Threestones is regulated by Luxembourg’s Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the country’s financial supervisory authority, and operates within the broader regulatory framework of the European Union.
