Lian Group completes the acquisition of Nuova Mavit S.r.l.

Lian Group, an investment firm specializing in private equity and venture building transactions, has completed the acquisition of Nuova Mavit S.r.l., a company that operates two aesthetic medicine centers in Tuscany.

The acquisition is part of the Vitaura project, launched by Lian Group to consolidate the aesthetic medicine, surgery, and longevity sector.

Gianni & Origoni assisted the buyer, Lian Group, with a team led by partner Donato Romano and composed of associates Vito Quaglietta, Carlotta Viscogliosi, and Vittorio Del Vecchio.

On the in-house side, the legal aspects were handled by lawyer Andrea Ciotti. The finance aspects of the transaction were managed internally by a team composed of Matteo Cardarelli (managing director – head of investments Italy), Michele Di Minno (director), and Jacopo Spoto (associate).

The law firm MEV Legal assisted the sellers with founding partner Francesca Vezzani.
