LEXIA opens new office in Abu Dhabi to strengthen international presence

LEXIA has announced the opening of a new office in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), with the goal of consolidating its international presence and providing legal and strategic support to Italian and foreign companies, as well as private clients, seeking to operate or expand their business in the Gulf region.

The new office will be led by partner Cristian Fischetti, who will serve as Managing Partner of the UAE office. The office will offer legal, tax, and commercial advisory services, with a particular focus on company formation, M&A transactions, real estate investments, international taxation, and corporate relocation processes.
