Kryalos SGR and Logicor acquire development site in Pomezia for 38,000-sqm logistics hub

Kryalos SGR, acting as the management company for the Mazer Fund and supported by Logicor as advisor, has finalised the acquisition of a development site in the municipality of Pomezia. The area was acquired from Techbau and is designated for the development of a modern 38,000-sqm logistics hub designed to meet BREEAM Excellent sustainability standards.

The project involves a comprehensive collaboration between institutional players and specialised consultants to ensure the development meets high-quality industrial and environmental benchmarks. Several partners supported Logicor and Kryalos SGR throughout the different phases of the transaction and project planning.

Jones Day provided legal assistance for the transaction, while Bertacco Recla & Partners managed the legal administrative aspects. The Bertacco team was led by partner Francesca Tresoldi and included partner Maria Grazia Buonanno and associates Beatrice Simeone and Alessandro Albesano for real estate and construction profiles. The administrative and environmental law aspects were overseen by partner Francesco Rovetta and senior associates Silvia Marcelli and Mattia Errico.

The planning and design of the hub were entrusted to The Blossom Avenue Partners. Transactional due diligence was conducted by EY, while Yard REEAS and TEA Consulting were responsible for the technical and environmental due diligence processes.
