Kruso Kapital moves from Euronext Growth Milan to Euronext Milan

Kruso Kapital S.p.A., holding company of the eponymous group active in the pawnbroking credit business and the auction market for jewellery and art objects, has received on 17 June 2026 the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on Euronext Milan, with the simultaneous delisting from the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan. Trading is set to commence on 22 June 2026.

BonelliErede acted as legal counsel for the Italian law aspects of the translisting of Kruso Kapital S.p.A., and for Banca Akros S.p.A. – Gruppo Banco BPM, acting as Listing Agent, and Banco BPM S.p.A., appointed by Kruso Kapital S.p.A. as specialist.
