Daniel Marschollek and Manuel Merling strenghten K&L IP litigation practice in Frankfurt

02.06.2024, Frankfurt, Germany - The law firm K&L Gates LLP has appointed in Frankfurt Daniel Marschollek and his IP litigation team from Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner with effect from 1 June 2024.

02.06. 2024, Frankfurt, Germany - The law firm K&L Gates LLP has appointed in Frankfurt Daniel Marschollek as a partner with effect from 1 June 2024. Counsel Manuel Merling and trademark specialists Gabriella Farkas, Marco Angeli and Valérie Edwards have also joined the IP litigation practice of K&L Gates.

Marschollek and Merling come from Norton Rose Fulbright they joined for the last ten years.  The team specialises in complex trademark, design, copyright, antitrust and competition disputes and represents clients in the enforcement of design rights, copyrights and IP-related antitrust issues.

Daniel Marschollek specialises in representing blue chip companies in the fashion and luxury goods industry. His clients also include leading companies in the sports, consumer care and consumer goods sectors.
