Impresoft strengthens digital solutions portfolio with the acquisition of Mainsim S.r.l.

Impresoft, a leading company in digital transformation controlled by Clessidra Private Equity SGR, has finalized the acquisition of Mainsim S.r.l., a Genoa-based company that became part of the Duferco Group in 2014 and specializes in the development of digital solutions for maintenance process management and asset management.

The deal allows Impresoft to enhance its offering, expanding its portfolio of proprietary software solutions and consolidating the Group’s role as a strategic partner for the digitalization of Italian companies.

Impresoft was assisted by LCA Studio Legale, with a team composed of Riccardo Massimilla, Virginia Cella and Lorenzo Piccoli for the corporate M&A aspects.

MN Lex, with a team composed of Emiliano Nitti and Marco Martellosio, advised Impresoft on corporate matters.

Gian Marco Committeri and Gianfranco Pallaria, from Alonzo Committeri & Partners, handled the tax aspects of the transaction.
