Gruppo Turla completes corporate reorganisation to facilitate generational transition and establish a new family holding structure.

Gruppo Turla, a leading operator with consolidated experience in the construction and real estate development sectors, has completed a corporate reorganisation aimed at facilitating a generational transition, ensuring the future stability of the group, recognising and enhancing the entrepreneurial and managerial expertise developed by the new generation, and rationalising the group's organisational and operational structure.

The reorganisation was carried out through a series of share contributions and the creation of a holding company at the top of the group's structure.

Gruppo Turla was assisted by Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati in the structuring of the transaction and on all tax matters and specific legal aspects relating to the extraordinary transactions required by the reorganisation, including share transfers and contributions, with a multidisciplinary team comprising senior partner Marcello Romano, associate partner Antonio Modola and senior associate Calogero Vetro.

The Turla family was assisted by Francesco Cicconi, founder of Studio Cicconi & Berto of Ancona and Milan, who handled succession and wealth planning matters, legal issues relating to the new corporate governance structure, and was appointed independent director on the board of the family holding company.
