Groupe Adéquat Acquires AxL Group, Expands Presence in Italy

Groupe Adéquat, a global leader in recruitment and human resources services, has announced its landmark acquisition of AxL Group, a pioneering provider of innovative HR solutions in Italy. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Groupe Adéquat's expansion strategy, enhancing its footprint in the European market.
AxL Group, established in 2004 by the Rosolen family, has been at the forefront of delivering comprehensive HR services through its subsidiaries AxL, AxL Formazione, Job Center, and Unilinéa. With a strong presence in Italy, AxL Group brings a wealth of experience and a robust client base to Groupe Adéquat's global network.
Groupe Adéquat, founded in Lyon, France in 1987, operates over 400 agencies across France, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Canada, and now Italy. This acquisition represents the largest in Groupe Adéquat's history, underscoring its commitment to strategic growth and market leadership in the HR services sector.
CastaldiPartners played a pivotal role in facilitating the acquisition on behalf of Groupe Adéquat. Led by partner Anne Manuelle Gaillet, the CastaldiPartners team included lawyers Anna Lisa Sepich and Irene Malusà, focusing on corporate and M&A aspects.
