Genenta Science Secures €20 Million Convertible Bond to Support Pipeline Expansion

Genenta Science, an Italian biotech company listed on Nasdaq specializing in immuno-oncology and cellular and gene therapies, issued a €20 million convertible bond. The issuance aims to support the expansion of its pipeline for metastatic renal carcinoma and was subscribed by Fondazione ENEA Tech e Biomedical. This foundation manages the Technology Transfer Fund and the Biomedical Industrial Research and Development Fund on behalf of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
