Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici announces the entry of 9 professionals to its team who will be strengthening the Corporate M&A and Litigation departments, including 4 partners: Stefano Nanni Costa, Renato Bocca, Niccolò Baccetti e Marco Bitetto.

Stefano Nanni Costa and Renato Bocca will be joining as equity partners. Stefano Nanni Costa is active in the Private Equity/Corporate M&A sector. He has significant experience in corporate law and has a track-record of relevant domestic and international transactions in private equity, M&A and joint ventures, cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations.  He is also recognised for his expertise in advisory and extraordinary transactions in the real estate sector. Renato Bocca has significant experience in litigation and the management of highly complex disputes, with a particular focus on those related to extraordinary M&A, and environmental damage regulation.

Following the appointment of the new equity partners, the team has also been strengthened by the arrival of partners Niccolò Baccetti (full professor of commercial law at the University of Milan, active in corporate governance, extraordinary infrastructure transactions and corporate litigation) and Marco Bitetto (focused in Private Equity and M&A). They come with a large team of associates composed of Elena Guizzetti, Nicoletta Botta, Francesco Salvetti, Camilla Scalvini and Daniele Gatti, achieving a further strategic consolidation of the Firm's Corporate and Litigation departments.
