Edilgroup redevelops Palazzo Parisi into new 4-star Marriott hotel in Trieste

Edilgroup S.p.A. has announced the redevelopment project of Palazzo Parisi in Trieste, which will result in the creation of a 4-star hotel under the Marriott brand, set to become a new landmark in the city’s hospitality offering.

The project is part of a broader initiative to enhance the city’s historic heritage and represents a significant step in the development of tourism accommodation in the Giulian capital.

Gitti and Partners assisted Edilgroup with a team composed of Chairman and Managing Partner Gregorio Gitti, Partner Vincenzo Armenio, and Associate Silvana Farina for corporate matters, and Partner Chiara Perego for real estate matters.

The counterparty was advised by Cluster Legal Engineering, with a team including Luigi Giuseppe Scrosati, Chiara Maio, and Alice Agostini.

The technical and design aspects of the new hotel were managed by Edilgroup, in coordination with the partners involved in the redevelopment of the historic Palazzo Parisi.
