Digit’Ed Acquires Sole 24 ORE Formazione and Launches Strategic Partnership with Gruppo 24 ORE

Digit’Ed and Gruppo 24 ORE have entered into a long-term strategic agreement aimed at supporting the development of human capital and the competitiveness of the national system. As part of the agreement, Digit’Ed acquired 100% of the share capital of Sole 24 ORE Formazione, following the sale of the respective shareholdings by Il Sole 24 ORE (15%) and Multiversity (85%). At the same time, Gruppo 24 ORE entered the share capital of Digit’Ed Holding, giving rise to a shared industrial project for the development of skills for individuals, companies and organizations.
The transaction also provides for the granting to Digit’Ed of an exclusive license for the use of the Sole 24 ORE Business School brand in the education and training sector.
