Dentons incorporates Inmaculada Castelló as new corporate partner

Castelló, with experience also in Cuatrecasas and Ramón y Cajal, leaves the English firm to join the project led in Spain by Jabier Badiola.

Dentons has announced the appointment of Inmaculada Castelló as the new partner in the commercial and corporate practice areas at its Spanish office. Castelló, who previously held the position of partner at Pinsent Masons in Madrid, brings nearly 20 years of legal experience to her new role.

Throughout her career, she has specialized in in areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and corporate restructuring, both domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on the technology, industry, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, she has provided counsel on transactions related to the real estate and financial sectors, including the restructuring of banking entities.

Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Castelló worked as partner in the corporate law departments of Ramón y Cajal and Cuatrecasas. Furthermore, she serves as the secretary of the Spanish Association of Digital Health. The lawyer holds a Law degree from the University of Alicante.
