Deloitte Legal strengthens financial services and real estate practices with appointment of Agostino Papa and Edoardo Campo

Deloitte Legal has bolstered its capabilities within the financial services, investment management, and real estate sectors following the arrival of Agostino Papa and Edoardo Campo along with their professional team. The strategic move is part of the firm's broader growth plan to strengthen its presence in financial and insurance regulation, asset management, and civil and financial litigation across both domestic and international markets.

Francesco P. Bello, managing partner of Deloitte Legal, stated that the integration of Agostino Papa and his team represents a significant step in reinforcing the firm’s expertise in regulated sectors, including private equity and real estate. He noted that Papa’s extensive experience in asset management and financial market regulation enhances the firm's capacity to support clients navigating high levels of regulatory and operational complexity.

Agostino Papa and Edoardo Campo are joined by Antonio Castellana Soldano, Antonio Benincasa, and Luca Di Norscia. The team brings cross-sector expertise in advising major players in the financial, banking, and insurance industries, focusing on entity and product regulation, investment structuring, and remuneration and incentive systems.
