The firm’s Argentine office focuses on insurance and reinsurance, providing advisory services to insurance and reinsurance companies, intermediaries, and agents. The firm has extensive experience in diverse insurance coverage, including property and casualty (P&C), technical insurance, financial lines, D&O, and cyber insurance.
In addition, the office focused on aviation and maritime law, offering comprehensive legal advice to airlines, shipping companies, operators, and insurers, and handling a wide range of legal matters, including litigation, administrative proceedings, and recoveries.
