The new appointments are part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen capabilities and consolidate its service offerings in the Colombian market. These appointments respond to the need to continue building teams specialized in key areas for the firm’s clients, with a practical, interdisciplinary, and business-oriented approach, the firm said.
Tatiana Londoño works in the environmental law and sustainability practice, with a special focus on Human Rights. She has over twenty years of experience in public law, international law, and human rights, and advises clients on human rights due diligence processes, sustainability, and risk management, particularly regarding their operations and value chains.
Nicole Ríos serves as a partner in the tax and customs law and foreign trade practice areas. With 15 years of professional experience, she advises domestic and international clients on the tax structuring of transactions, tax planning, transfer pricing, foreign trade, and wealth management, with a practical approach focused on business decision-making.
As part of this expansion, the firm is also welcoming Claudia Liliana Velásquez as managing associate in the labor law practice. Claudia is an attorney and specialist in Labor Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Throughout her career, she has handled collective bargaining processes, labor arbitration tribunals, appeals for annulment, and labor contingency management, advising companies on individual and collective labor matters.
“These appointments reflect our commitment to building highly specialized teams that are attuned to our clients’ needs. We are focused on strengthening our capabilities in key areas and continuing to support our clients in an increasingly demanding environment,” said Juan Camilo Rodríguez, a partner at CMS Rodríguez-Azuero.
With these changes, CMS Rodríguez-Azuero continues to strengthen its ability to advise clients on complex, high-impact matters, combining local knowledge with the global reach of the CMS network.
