Chile’s Alessandri welcomes new partner

The firm thus strengthens its offering amid a context of gradual and selective project reactivation and at a time of high regulatory and financial pressure and greater complexity in processing and obtaining sectoral authorizations.

Joaquín joins the firm from Inmobiliaria Imagina, and is a lawyer specializes in the structuring, development, execution, and financing of projects in different cycles of the sector in Chile and other Latin American countries.

His practice is linked to Alessandri's litigation, regulatory, tax, and corporate areas.

He obtained his degree from the Universidad de los Andes and holds a diploma in real estate law and business from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a master's degree in real estate and construction management from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
