Cerberus completes sale of Renovalia to F2i

Cerberus Capital Management has completed the sale of Renovalia Energy Group to Italian infrastructure and energy fund F2i.

Renovalia specialises in renewable energy such as wind power, photovoltaic power and hydro power. It operates in Spain, Mexico, Chile, Italy, Hungary and Canada and has 805 megawatts in operation.


Fund manager Cerberus has around $42 billion of assets under management. Renovalia has an asset portfolio valued at approximately €1.4 billion.
