CDP Venture Capital Completes Investment Round in Nova

CDP Venture Capital has completed a financing round in Nova (NGlobal Holding AB), an HRtech company that helps businesses attract and hire top talent more efficiently through a selective and tech-driven community model. The round was led by CDP Venture Capital, with the participation of BY Venture Partners and a network of angel investors, Doha Tech Angels.

Founded in 2020, the Nova network already includes over 25,000 professionals across more than 80 countries and has collaborated with over 800 companies. The funds will be used to support international expansion, the development of a new B2B platform, and the integration of artificial intelligence to enhance the in-app member experience.

LCA Studio Legale advised CDP Venture Capital with a team led by partner Andrea Messuti, alongside associate Olivier Macquet and trainee Gianmarco Pacini, in collaboration with Swedish law firm Vinge for matters of Swedish law. CDP Venture Capital SGR managed the transaction through its in-house legal team, led by Alessandro di Gioia, with Matteo Fittante and Martina Lovato.

The Swedish office of Bird & Bird advised Nova's founding shareholders with a team led by partner Martin Folke. The Italian office of Bird & Bird advised the founding shareholders on the Italian law aspects of the transaction, with a team composed of partner Calogero Porrello and associate Alice Maria Cuccio.
