BTG Pactual Perú approved to operate as fund management firm

Subject to the registration of the corresponding bylaw amendments, the entity will be renamed BTG Pactual Perú SA Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, and will be authorized to manage both mutual funds and investment funds, further strengthening its position in Peru’s asset management market.

BTG Pactual provides advisory services on corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as project and corporate financing through debt issuances or capital increases, offering investment options tailored to corporate and institutional clients, as well as local and international individuals.

BTG Pactual Perú was advised on the process by law firm Hernández & Cía., whose team was led by partners José Goyburu and Gloria Zubizarreta, with senior associate María Fe Alvarez Calderón and associate Valentina Hernández.
