ASC Group undergoes corporate reorganization ahead of UK asset acquisition by Swissport

ASC Group — active in cargo and passenger handling services across Italy and several international markets — has completed a corporate governance and group restructuring process in connection with the acquisition of its UK subsidiary, ASC Handling Limited, by Swissport. ASC Handling operates at Heathrow and Gatwick airports and now becomes part of the global leader in airport ground services.
