ASBZ Advogados Has a New Partner And Two New Practice Areas

In mid-October, São Paulo-based law firm ASBZ Advogados announced the hire of a new partner, well-known attorney Alexandre B. Davi, and its two new recently launched practice areas that will be coordinated by him - agribusiness and structured finance. 

Mr. Davi brings over 15 years of experience in the legal market, having previously worked at many distinguished national and international law firms, such as Baker & McKenzie; Rayes, Fagundes e Oliveira Ramos Advogados Associados; Buranello & Passos Advogados; Madrona, Hong, Mazzuco – Sociedade de Advogados; BKBG Advogados and David, Aniceto, Stievano, Antiquera, Tavares Advogados Associados. He was also the founder and former president of the Brazilian Agribusiness Law Association (ABD-Agro). 

Now, in his new challenge, he will captain the newly-launched agribusiness and structure finance departments and co-head the firm’s insolvency practice.
