Argentine law firm Del Olmo Legal launches

The new firm combines big-firm discipline with boutique agility, led by partners Mariano del Olmo and Marcelo Antonio Pepe, with of counsels Francisco Blanco (tax) and Alberto Luque (corporate labor), in addition to senior advisor Patricio del Olmo (M&A strategy and finance).
The firm aims to deliver business-oriented advice with measurable impact for companies and investors active in Argentina and cross-border.
The firm’s core practices are M&A/corporate, real estate, and arbitration and complex commercial litigation, focusing on sectors such as real estate and construction, energy and infrastructure, financial services and private capital, technology, media and telecommunications, consumer goods, healthcare, and industrials, among others.
Co-founding partner Mariano del Olmo held the position of partner and practice head at Brons & Salas for over two decades. His practice includes buy- and sell-side M&A, corporate governance, real estate transactions and high-stakes disputes. In addition to his work as an attorney, he is a professor and co-director of the postgraduate M&A program at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and a founder of the International Legal Inner Circle (ILIC) network.
Co-founder Marcelo Antonio Pepe has more than 30 years’ experience in civil, commercial and corporate law, with experience in prestigious firms and multinational companies.
Of counsel Francisco Blanco is an expert in corporate and M&A tax, structuring and controversies, with experience at national, provincial and municipal levels, while fellow of counsel Alberto Luque focuses on strategic labour management, restructurings and M&A, executive compensation and collective bargaining.
Senior advisor Patricio del Olmo focuses on M&A strategy and finance, valuation and financial modeling, pricing mechanisms and post-merger integration.
