António Gaspar Schwalbach is the new tax partner at Pares Advogados

Pares Advogados has strengthened its tax team with the addition of António Gaspar Schwalbach as a partner. The lawyer joins from Cuatrecasas.

The new partner at Pares Advogados has provided legal advice on corporate restructuring operations, M&A transactions, private wealth and family estate restructuring, as well as investment operations in Portugal, financial and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience in all stages of pre-litigation and tax litigation, including legal actions before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was a partner at Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins, and throughout his professional career he has also worked with Deloitte, ABBC and TELLES. António holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a executive master's degree in Tax Management and a master's degree in Taxation from Iscte Business School.
