Andino Investment Holding secures financing for Madrid-Barajas cargo terminal

Andino Investment Holding is the holding company of the Andino group, a leader in airport and maritime logistics services, with more than 50 years of experience and presence in the market.
The financing operation aims to cover the costs of constructing the Air Cargo Terminal to be operated by its subsidiary SAASA Global at Madrid-Barajas International Airport, as well as to reschedule existing financial obligations.
The financing was provided by Banco Santander Perú.
Law firm Hernández & Cía. advised Andino Investment Holding on the financing transaction, with a team led by partner Juan Luis Hernández, with senior associate Andrea Limón and associate Valeria Abarca.
