AnaCap acquires majority stake in CDR Advisory to launch Titan platform

AnaCap Financial Partners has signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in CDR Advisory, a Bergamo-based firm specialising in tax, financial, corporate, and legal consultancy. The transaction also includes the acquisition of the entire share capital of PS Quadro Advisory and Seneca, both active in complementary advisory and compliance services.

The operation represents the first step in the creation of Titan, an independent platform aimed at consolidating the professional services sector in Italy. The strategy involves the aggregation of high-quality firms with strong territorial presence, allowing them to maintain operational independence while sharing governance, strategy, and financial infrastructure. Titan is planned to benefit from significant investments in technology and artificial intelligence.

The equity partners of CDR will reinvest alongside AnaCap in the Titan platform, ensuring leadership continuity and alignment with long-term objectives. Titan will be led by Fabiano Quadrelli as group managing partner, while Omar Chiari, who led the internal legal team for the sellers, will head the legal division of the new platform.
