Act Legal returns to Spain following the integration of Aledra

The international law firm Act Legal returns to Spain following the integration of Aledra, Spanish law firm firm led by Cristina de Santiago. As a result of this merger, the firm will operate under the name Act Legal Spain.

The international law firm Act Legal is returning to Spain through its integration with the Spanish law firm Aledra, led by Cristina de Santiago. This strategic move enhances Act Legal's position in the European legal landscape and broadens its range of services, supported by a team of over 300 lawyers and 75 partners across Europe. As a result of this merger, the firm will operate under the name Act Legal Spain.

Following a brief partnership with DA Lawyers in 2021, which subsequently merged with Andersen, Act Legal is making a renewed commitment to the Spanish market through its integration with Aledra.

Through this integration, Act Legal Spain not only enhances its expertise in litigation, commercial, and tax law but also gains access to the extensive experience of Act Legal, which has a presence in Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.

This strategic move empowers Act Legal Spain to tackle legal challenges with a pan-European perspective, positioning it as a trusted partner for companies with international ambitions.
