Acerbis Expands in France with Acquisition of Bagster

Acerbis, leader in the production and distribution of plastic components, motorbike clothing and accessories, acquired Bagster, historical French company specialised in the production of saddles, tank covers and bags for motorbikes.

The transaction, which took place within the framework of a restructuring procedure of Bagster before the Commercial Court of Alençon, has a strategic value for Acerbis, which thus reinforces its presence on the French market and further develops the diversification of its product range.
