Bettinger Torres launches following merger of two Mexican firms
Mexican legal and accounting firms Bettinger Asesores and Alejandro Torres y Asociados have merged to create the firm Bettinger Torres Asesores.
“Our firm gathers the prestige and outstanding track record of Herbert Bettinger and Alejandro Torres, as well as a great team of professionals who combine their extensive experience and innovation with a service culture based on personalized and highly specialized attention to our clients to face the current challenges and opportunities in the business world,” the new firm said in a statement.
Bettinger Torres Asesores relies on a strong team of partners, José Pablo Casales, Juan Manuel López, Desiree Corral, Tania Ruiz and Luis Torres, as well as a diverse team of professionals in the areas of tax consulting, estate planning, transfer pricing, financial law, corporate law, sports law, and dispute prevention and resolution, in the areas of tax, administrative, constitutional, foreign trade, and anti-corruption.
The new firm has offices in Mexico City and Monterrey.
