For the firm’s co-managing associates Martin Lebeuf and Francois Kopf, the moves represent the ability of Darrois “to identify and promote the best talent within each of our practice areas, which are among the most renowned in Paris legal circles.” The nominations take effect on the January 1st 2024.
Constance Bocket Joined Darrois fresh from qualifying to practice law in 2012. A merger control and abuse of dominant position expert, she made counsel in 2021. Bocket represents companies before the competition, regulatory and legal authorities at both national and EU level. Her academic qualifications include a master’s in European economic law from Science Po Paris.
Like Bocket, Cecile de Narps has also spent the entirety of her career at Darrois. She joined the firm in 2014 and became a counsel last year. An M&A expert, de Narp’s clients include listed and non-listed companies, public bodies and private equity funds, which she also acts for during cross-border deals. She has a master’s in financial engineering and strategic taxation from Pantheon Assas University.
January 1st also sees the promotion to counsel of a quartet of Darrois associates, Maxime Garcia (acquisition financing), Guillaume Griffart (public law), Colin Marvaud (litigation and restructuring) and Sophie Pages (M&A and real estate).
