TMF Group acquires BPS operations of RSM Brazil

TMF Group, a global provider of administrative and compliance services, has acquired the São Paulo-located business process services division of RSM Brazil, a company which specializes in accounting, tax and payroll services.

The transaction reinforces TMF Group’s commitment to expanding its presence in Latin America, where it already has an office in Uruguay and two in Mexico.
Souto Correa acted as the legal representative for TMF Group, with João Gustavo Santiago leading the team, which included associates Amanda Baldacone and Mariana Hingel Machado. Meanwhile, RSM was represented by Stocche Forbes, with a team led by Luciana Stracieri and supported by associates Lionel Rangel Visconti and Thais Kleinsorge Mendes.
