Teike acquires three public lighting operators in Puglia

Teike, a company operating in the energy efficiency services sector for public administrations, has entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition of the equity interests in three companies active in the public lighting market, adding a total of 12,000 new light points across eight municipalities in Puglia.

The acquisition forms part of Teike’s growth strategy aimed at expanding its service offering and represents a key step in the company’s development plan alongside local public administrations.

Teike was assisted by Gianni & Origoni with a team led by partner Fabio Ilacqua and comprising partner Raffaele Tronci, managing associate Andrea Cerulli Irelli and associate Gaia Pisani. Administrative law aspects were handled by partner Fabio Baglivo together with associates Alessandro Pracilio and Marta Bartoletti.

The sellers were assisted by LawSharing with a team coordinated by partner Emilio Servidio in relation to all legal aspects of the transaction, and by Luciano Ancora for administrative law matters.
