Tanklux joins Induplast Group under joint control of Armònia and Azimut funds

Induplast S.p.A. has finalized the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Tanklux S.r.l. Induplast is the parent company of the homonymous group, active in the sustainable cosmetic packaging sector and since 2021 jointly controlled by Armònia SGR S.p.A., through the private equity fund Armònia Italy Fund, and by Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A., through the fund Azimut Demos 1.

Induplast S.p.A. has finalized the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Tanklux S.r.l. Induplast is the parent company of the homonymous group, active in the sustainable cosmetic packaging sector and since 2021 jointly controlled by Armònia SGR S.p.A., through the private equity fund Armònia Italy Fund, and by Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A., through the fund Azimut Demos 1.

Tanklux is a company specialized in packaging for the cosmetics industry, with strong expertise in the premium make-up segment. The founding family will maintain an active role in the company’s management, working closely with Induplast Group’s management on the implementation of the joint development plan.

EY Parthenon assisted Induplast Group with financial due diligence, with a team composed of partner Francesco Serricchio and manager Gaetano Olivieri, while Spada Partners assisted with tax due diligence, with a team composed of partner Luca Zoani, manager Massimo De Luca, and associate Maria Vincenza Brancaccio.

SG&A Studio Giordano & Associati of Lecco assisted the seller with all legal aspects of the transaction, with Nicola Brenna, partner of the firm.
