Spanish law firm Broseta adds Rubén Aísa as M&A partner

Spanish law firm Broseta has named Rubén Aísa, formerly at Almadraba Capital Holding, as partner its Mergers & Acquisitions practice (M&A) at the Madrid office.

Spanish law firm Broseta has named Rubén Aísa as partner its Mergers & Acquisitions practice (M&A) at the Madrid office. Aísa joins Broseta from Almadraba Capital Holding, bringing over 20 years of corporate M&A expertise developed across leading international legal and financial institutions.

Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at Cuatrecasas and served as Deputy General Manager of the Morabanc banking group, where he also acted as Senior Manager of its international division. In these capacities, Aísa has sat on the boards of both regulated and non-regulated entities in Spain, Andorra, the United States, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.

Aísa holds a Law degree and a postgraduate degree in European Union Law from the University of Zaragoza, an LL.M. from ISDE and a PDG from IESE Business School. He has also shared his expertise as a lecturer and collaborator with esteemed institutions such as ESADE.
