Spanish law firm Abogados Legalsha opens new office focused on Spain’s Second Chance Law

Legalsha, a Spain-based law firm firm specialized in banking law and consumer protection, has announced the opening of a new office in Blanes (Girona), dedicated exclusively to the Second Chance Law. This strategic expansion is launched in partnership with Salatan.IO, a legaltech company focused on artificial intelligence and intelligent automation for the legal sector.

The new practice, named Legalsha Segunda Oportunidad, is designed to assist individuals and self-employed professionals facing insolvency, offering tailored legal services to help restructure or eliminate debts through the mechanisms established under the Second Chance Law.

As part of the partnership, 25 legal professionals specialized in insolvency law will join the firm, enabling the launch of a hybrid model that merges personalized legal advice with advanced technological tools to streamline and accelerate debt cancellation or restructuring processes.

As part of the agreement, Cristian Tanase and Fina Salazar, co-founders of Salatan.IO and previously managing partners of Abogados para tus deudas, will act as strategic partners in the new practice. Tanase will oversee the area’s technological expansion, while Salazar will coordinate operations and lead the procedural law team from the Blanes office.
