Simon Property Group Acquires 100% of The Mall Luxury Outlets from Kering

Simon Property Group, a global leader in shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations, has acquired 100% of the companies comprising “The Mall Luxury Outlets” from luxury group Kering. The Mall Luxury Outlets owns and operates two luxury outlet centers under “The Mall” brand, located in Leccio, near Florence, and in Sanremo.

Simon Property Group, a global leader in shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations, has acquired 100% of the companies comprising “The Mall Luxury Outlets” from luxury group Kering. The Mall Luxury Outlets owns and operates two luxury outlet centers under “The Mall” brand, located in Leccio, near Florence, and in Sanremo.

The acquisition marks a significant move in the luxury retail and real estate sectors, further solidifying Simon Property Group’s presence in the European market. The Mall Luxury Outlets are renowned for their high-end retail offerings and strategic locations in Italy.
