RBB Salus Holdings takes majority stake in Liderman

Liderman is a premier security firm in Peru and a leader in Latin America, specializing in physical security, electronic security, and facility management with over 17,000 employees.
As part of the deal, The Carlyle Group wholly divested its shareholding position in Liderman, equivalent to 88.75% of the shareholding of Azzaro Trading, for an approximate amount of $53.5 million.
RBB Salus Holdings was advised by Peruvian law firm Hernández & Cía., as well as by Debevoise & Plimpton.
The Carlyle Group was also advised by Hernández & Cía. and Debevoise & Plimpton.
The lead investor of RBB Salus Holdings investment fund was advised by Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and by Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados.
