PPK Group, an Italian SME specialising in the aggregation and enhancement of high-potential European B2B software companies, has completed the acquisition of a stake in the share capital of Farport. Founded by Fabrizio Lipani and Antonino Cilluffo, PPK Group's build-up strategy aims to create a leading group with integrated expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and ERP by consolidating Italian and European software houses.

The company provides bespoke solutions in fintech, the internet of things (IoT), blockchain, digital communication, and security. Farport also holds proprietary software assets, including GAMS, a platform for digital skills validation, and Waynette AI, an advanced conversational artificial intelligence system integrated with WhatsApp.

Farport and its founders were assisted by LMCR/Studio Legale with a team led by partner Angelo Romano, counsel Elisabetta Pero, and trainee Giorgio Orlandini.

PPK Group was represented by Antonio Giuseppe Di Pietro, Chief Legal Officer and member of the advisory board, supported by trainee Federico Di Stazio. The notary aspects of the transaction were managed by Matteo Rapisarda.
